Exposition
Features of the Vendor Exhibit:
- Currently there will be 10 booths and 10
tables representing various companies and universities.

- Exhibits will be open from Noon – 5:00
PM June 16th, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 5:00PM on June
17th, and 9:00 AM – Noon on June 18th.
- Each booth will be 8’x10’ with pipe and
drape and a sign provided. Additional furnishings to be
supplied by exhibitor or rented through Tradeshow Services,
Inc.
- Utilities,
labor, etc. is to be arranged directly through Tradeshow
Services, Inc. by the Vendor. Electrical requirements
should be coordinated through the Dayton Convention Center.
Perks for Exhibitors:
- Complimentary Registration for two
exhibit staff persons per exhibit (one complimentary
registration for table rentals).
- Snacks and
Poster Sessions will be located in the Exhibit Hall to
increase traffic to your booth.

Cost:
- $295 for Academia tables or unmanned Vendor Literature
tables.
