Features of the Vendor Exhibit:

Currently there will be 10 booths and 10 tables representing various companies and universities. Download the list of exhibitors here.
Exhibits will be open from Noon – 5:00 PM June 16th, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 5:00PM on June 17th, and 9:00 AM – Noon on June 18th.
Each booth will be 8’x10’ with pipe and drape and a sign provided. Additional furnishings to be supplied by exhibitor or rented through Tradeshow Services, Inc.
Utilities, labor, etc. is to be arranged directly through Tradeshow Services, Inc. by the Vendor. Electrical requirements should be coordinated through the Dayton Convention Center.

Perks for Exhibitors:

Complimentary Registration for two exhibit staff persons per exhibit (one complimentary registration for table rentals).
Snacks and Poster Sessions will be located in the Exhibit Hall to increase traffic to your booth.

Cost:

$995 for 8x10 Booth.

$295 for Academia tables or unmanned Vendor Literature tables.
